Feeling welcome …

We stayed here the last two nights and I can only recommend this place! It lies on the hills of the peninsula Rilan with a perfect view of Castro that lies on the other side of the sea! We had a standard room which is a super nice cottage, warm and cost with a perfect big window view - sleepy nights garantiere. Dinner was wonderful as was breakfast - especially the fruit platter! But the best was the top friendlyy service of all people here! Always there for you to help you with whatever you might need.

Terrible care in a nice place.

When despite a wonderful setting and a nice hotel are overshadowed with the lack of preparation and poor care of the staff, let alone the high-handedness and poor education of which she claims to be the owner. Unreported improper charges, cold hot tub, parts in poor condition. Impossible to recommend such a thing.

Bad experience

No heating in the hotel lobby and restaurant
If you pay for 3 nights and want to shorten it by one night, they will not reimburse you for the night.
The cuisine is very average and not at all gourmet
The owners are not traders and are not interested in customers when the heating is broken and we dine in down jackets

A unique place in Chiloe!

Leisure lives up to its name. A place in an idyllic environment. The nobility of the wood in its well-thought-out architecture, together with good quality materials and the comfort of its rooms, make the place very unique. I recommend the premium “forest” cabin, a beautiful nest among the trees and a beautiful view. Totally recommended

In this hotel THEY STEAL and nobody does anything.

They steal from this hotel. Careful. The receptionist does nothing, does not comply and when you ask to speak with management, she does not allow it. They promise to send email and they don't do it either. Extremely inattentive staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you don't want a bad time on vacation.
