Rich food, rich beds, beautiful place.

Distressed Hotel with Absent Service

Hotel in poor condition. Distressed room (broken tiles, broken mirror, lamps not working, faucet wanking).
Breakfast scheduled to start at 6:30 for our flight... person present for 10 minutes. No Apologies, No Smiles in Service. A total lack of professionalism. I'm not going back for anything!

No, find somewhere else.

Very worn rooms and bathrooms. First we got room at the restaurant. There was a real party with a sound level far above the disco. So we asked for a new room further away.
Absolutely no facilities, no patio. The only thing that was of high class was the price.

Unexpected beauty

Sometimes when you travel internationally, to a remote location, you never know what you’re going to get; however we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff went above and beyond helping us with various questions. A big shout out to Roberto, who went with me to get a tire repaired!!
We were in need of catering and they came thru for us on that as well!
The rooms are very comfortable and the entire place is really beautiful and secure.
Location is about 10 min from the airport; however not within walking distance to much. That was fine by us, because it was an oasis at the end of the day!

Friendly and helpful staff

I stayed here when transferring to Calama airport. The on-site restaurant was closed then. However, the front desk was so nice to find a delivery which was amazingly delicious! The front desk even helped to get a cab and communicate with the cab driver to take me downtown to run some errands, which was extremely helpful for someone who did not speak Spanish.
The room was clean and comfortable. A true oasis!
