Best hotel when it comes to customer service, clean rooms, great breakfast etc.
Would be great if all hotels followed this one as an example onf how things should be done ;)

Travelled with our fur baby and was nice that they had two doors, one into the hotel and one right outside. Lots of green space outside the door.

Great 1 night stay

Was fun in the pool with the watterslide and hot tub. Slept like a log. Stayy were all courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the yogurt with berries, pumpkin seeds, raisons, fruit cocktail and granola mix.

At check in an ineperienced clerk argued with me about changing rooms even though I had written a special request. She advised that I would have to change rooms on Expedia because that is how it was booked and after spending quite some time trying to reach an Expedia agent she laughed and told me good luck
I had not paid up front as this happened before and they were able to change it on-site with no issues. When I asked her to call the manager she refused
Later that evening she presented my partner with new room keys and to him we could change rooms. She didn't bother to call me. If we had not checked with the desk we would have taken up the only wheelchair accessible room they have for 2 nights
