I picked this hotel on a whim. I am pleased to say it was a good choice! It was in a nice quiet location but had a McDonald’s and Timmie’s and a gas station in the same parking lot. Hotel is nice. Lobby smells fresh, rooms are very clean. Beds are comfy! New modern rooms. We didn’t partake in the restaurant (Boston pizza) at the hotel but it sure smelled good. If you are using the TTC from this hotel it is only about a 8$ uber ride there!

Staff service was good overall, but the stay was marred by a string of maintenance issues. At check-in, the door lock’s battery was dead — maintenance was supposed to replace it but was never called. The next day, a blown fuse knocked out the power, and maintenance didn’t know how to fix it, so we had to switch rooms.
The new room had its own problems: an empty soap dispenser, dead TV batteries, and mold in the shower. Overall, there were far too many issues for a single stay.

Nice hotel for a quick overnight stay. Clean room and the bathroom and shower were nice. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be the TV. Cable would cut out every few minutes and wouldn't come back on for a long time, half an hour at times. Glitchy reception it seemed for the cable. Not really what we go to a hotel to do, but we usually like the sleep with the tv in, and it going of and on was very annoying.

Boston Pizza in the hotel and walking distance to McDonald’s and Tim Hortons. Close drive to shopping malls. Clean and friendly staff.

I felt welcomed, and it was a beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. It was close by Tim’s I love my tea.
