Very convenient and modern hotel.

Very nice hotel. I was at first put off by the wild colors on the hotel pictures, but when you get there, it all works. Our room was large and very comfortable. Bathroom with geared floors. But shower head too low for tall people. Excellent linens. We had a pretty view, but views can differ and can be less inspiring. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. Location is also great and right next to line to airport. Restaurant was just so.

Great

Awesome room, awesome front desk, and great location with only 2 short blocks to the marina. Train station across the street takes you straight to the airport!! Wow. Would definitely stay here again

Fabulous boutique hotel in Yaletown

The perfect location in Vancouver!

Fabulous overall experience. The location is absolutely perfect. the staff is very accommodating and helpful. The heated bathroom floors are phenomenal. We could not have asked for anything more.

Watch what they charge you!

The hotel is fine, but its business practice is sketchy. Booked direct through their website, but never received a confirming email with rates. Had to call for a confirmation, but was sent an email without the booked rate. Get the picture? Checked in, and they tried to upsell me to a more expensive room. Upon checkout, I had no way to confirm that what the hotel was charging was what I agreed to pay. Specifically, they had different rate for each day I stayed, something I would not have signed up for. Bottom line, watch carefully what you are being charged. When I brought all this up to the reservation manager, the attitude was “oh well”, we aren’t changing a thing.
P.S. no soap in the shower dispenser. Minor, but not for a 4 star hotel.
