Another Wonderful Stay at the Ace

We just checked out of the Ace Hotel Toronto after a 4 night stay in Toronto. Could not wait to share our experience. We’ve now stayed there 4 times. Just outstanding service. The staff, the food, the hotel design, the rooms. Very special experience. Our room design was perfect. The suite was quiet, stunning views overlooking the park. Dinner in Alder was awesome. Evangeline on the roof was hopping. This building is a masterpiece and should be experienced from Evangeline on the roof to dinner in Alder and rooms in between. I love the lobby bar as well for early morning coffee or a late afternoon drink. For an intimate boutique hotel, nothing like it in Toronto and arguably all of Canada right now. So special.

Great stay at Ace Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Ace Hotel Toronto. The building itself is beautiful, with a very appealing architectural design that carries through from the entrance to the stylish public areas.
The location was also excellent and very central, making it easy to explore Toronto. We particularly appreciated having the Water Works Food Hall and a park directly across the street — both were incredibly convenient and added to the overall experience.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the gym was more than sufficient for our needs.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Emma at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always a great person to turn to. She really went the extra mile and genuinely made our day!
Overall, a great experience — we would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional experience

I spent three days at the Ace Hotel and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were quiet and the food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. I especially want to highlight Salma, who was so genuinely sweet, kind-hearted, and incredibly helpful—she even spoke my mother’s native language, which made her feel so comfortable and welcome!

Design hotel in the center of beautiful Toronto.

We slept in Toronto at this beautiful design hotel. Everything perfect: the location, the atmosphere, the room, and the staff. Highly recommended.
