Room was overpriced for what you got. You should expect clean room, towels, sheets, and pillows. Reception staff were just OK, breakfast was standard fare. Airplanes can be a little noisy during that early morning buy you are close to an airport. I would look for another motel if I were to go back to Thunder Bay.

The hotel room was not properly cleaned in the bathroom. The toilet showed signs of use and was not properly stocked with toilet paper. I managed by cleaning things myself as we had checked in later and just wanted to be able to get to bed. On checkout, the staff did not ask me about our room or experience.

The room was clean. I’m glad they removed the carpeting. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast.

No surprises

Best thing I can say about a motel is that there were no surprises. Just ckean room, and all equipment in good condition.
Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.
They're not all like this folks.

The hotel is only two stories and there is no elevator. I found the staff couldn’t care less that I’m handicapped and had to carry the bags up a flight of stairs, which is extremely difficult for me. The receptionist had such a horrible attitude. It was like she hated life. The free breakfast as well closed just as we walked in and again the workers couldn’t care less that we were there to get breakfast. By the way, we still had a few minutes before the time to close. Overall, worst hotel experience I’ve had in a very long time I travel a lot for work other places have always been much nicer than this place
