Excellent hotel
The hotel is super good. Close to the road. There is a Cage of Sports restaurant with access from the hotel. A mall just in front. And it is a couple of minutes from the arena Complexe sportif Desjardins

Well located budget hotel.
I stayed here with my son and his track and field team. The hotel itself is well situated. There are a lot of restaurants and stores close by. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and to Walmart. The hotel room was small but it's ok because it was only the two of us. The room is a little dated. There is a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room. The bed sits on a wooden frame which sticks out at the end. I knocked my leg on it a few times. The bathroom was ok but the caulking needs a little bit of TLC.
I would stay there again, if need be but it wouldn't be my first choice.

It was the last time in this place
Upon entering, the smell of disinfectant and other unidentified odors catch your nose. The corridors were littered with soiled bedding bins from both corridors, which we had to push ourselves to get to our rooms (we understood that cleaning had to be done, but why not put all the carts on one side of the corridor? ). There were bags of garbage all over the corridor carpet and one of the employees even emptied the garbage to collect the returnable bottles and cans. When we got to the room, it was dirty, backstage on the walls, doors, posters behind the door full of finger marks and dubious backstage. The windows were also dirty. Fortunately the girls at the reception were kind and helpful. We had been going to this hotel for decades for the decent value for money... it was the last time!

impaired acoustics
I went for one night last August 2 (transit). I probably had my worst room ever and turned it into an Inn.
The room was attached to the registration desk (reception) with impaired acoustics.
I overheard a good part of the night the conversations at the registration desk and put to it that communication with the restaurant was almost in front of my room, nice cocktail for not sleeping.
There should be at least doors to partition the passage or outright change the use of the rooms closest to the reception.
I doubt the glass door of communication with the restaurant is compliant too.
Be sure to contact the Inn so as not to take the rooms closest to the front desk, if you want to take this Inn.

Clean, helpful, affordable but last time for us
I came twice in 2 weeks for medical reasons. The price is very affordable compared to other hotels in Rimouski, the rooms are clean, very good price with the Gaspésie discount. I rented 2x suites, the first time we realized in the evening that the whirlpool bath was not working. This is THE reason why I rent suites. The hotel moved us rooms or offered a discount. It's okay, it happens, we changed rooms at 9 p.m. This week I re-rent a suite saying I want a whirlpool or therapeutic bath, we arrive and we are given a suite with a light bath. There is a light in the bath and that's it, we go back to reception to change rooms, we go up to the second floor to our new room and it's still a light bath. We go back downstairs and we are given a third bedroom with finally a therapeutic bath (fiouff) however, the bath light does not work and neither does the fireplace in the room... The pilot is on, but the fireplace does not light. In short, the rooms are clean, very good service.
Despite everything, for my next appointments I will change hotels since at the price we pay for the suites, it's nice that everything works and not having to drag our luggage 5x in 2 visits.
