It was supposed to be breakfast included and it wasn’t.
Curtains could not close completely. So people could see inside and sun shined inside the room so it woke us up

Spotless room. Upgraded to a suite on arrival. Many restaurants in the area. Convenient to Quebec City attractions. Ongoing road construction around the hotel but easy to navigate and no noticeable noise. Helpful front desk staff.

I had a complete blackout day without electricity and any episode of cleaninig in my room during 2 days. The personal in front desk was enough fair with me.

Nice hotel

The hotel is nice, modern and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient and we had a pleasant stay.
We had the comfort plus king size bed room which is advertised as having more room but it is misrepresented as the room is on the smaller side. Also the bathroom is really small. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the room size. Unfortunately, no side of the hotel offers larger room layouts, as all of our units are designed with an optimized configuration. That being said, our Comfort Plus King rooms do offer a minimum surface area of 261 sq. ft.
