Have been staying at the hotel since it opened. Always an excellent experience. Front desk staff (especially Stephanie) have always been delightful to deal with. Very friendly and always professional. Will be back in a couple of months. Thank you MOCO

Excellent to see

Very nice clean hotel
Beautiful room
Good WIFI network
Friendly and welcoming staff.
Secure place for bikes
Parking is a bit limited during events.
There is a shopping center right next door to make up for the situation.

I had a baby and his legs and hands were black after crawling on the floor. We had 4 people and not enough towels or shampoo/bodywash. The staff were great though super kind and helpful.

When we arrived back to hotel around 9:45 pm both elevators were broken and we had to walk up 9 flights of stairs...called to let them know they were broken..next morning at 10 a.m, still out of service with no eta on fixing. Had to carry multiple loads of luggage including heavy coolers down 9 flights of stairs. Good thing there wasn't an emergency because of you were disabled or elderly. Good luck. Pool closed early. Hot tub was colder than the pool water. Room was fine. Would not return.
