Great hotel! Balcony is bonus!!

Room was clean, staff were very nice and helpful, underground parking was very convenient, and balcony was a perfect bonus! No complaints. We brought chairs from the room onto patio to enjoy the beautiful weather!

Great location near Bus stop, close to Airport, close to VIA Rail Canada Station, Walmart, and restaurants.
Room was clean, service was excellent. The sofa bed was already set up for our son (most of hotels we have have to set up sofa bed ourselves). They even provided coffee.
Will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Quebec city again.

Our stay was good but the hotel is a bit old with carpets everywhere, not good if you have asthma.
I would be nice to receive a cold water bottle upon arival. The staff were very helpful.

Stayed at Hotel Classique for one night. When we arrived we were told that we had a balcony but did not have access to it, as we did not request a balcony room. We have a crawling baby and definitely did not want a room with any access to outside. Upon arriving in our room we discovered that there was not only a balcony door, but that it was left open. We tried to close it however it was a very old door and did not want to close properly. On the balcony there were large gaps on each side (pictures included) that something could easily fall through. As parents of a young child this was very dangerous and we called the front desk and asked to move rooms. They told us they would send maintenance to our room. Maintenance never arrived and there was no other follow up from the front desk. We forced the door closed and blocked it from our child. This was very disappointing from both a customer service and most importantly a safety standpoint. We did not feel safe at this hotel and will not be staying here again. Definitely do not recommend.

Booked a junior suite, the room wasn’t so different from a regular room, expected some sofa seat like on pictures, only regular chairs. The elevators was a nightmare.
