They are so sweet its your very typical motel but you can tell they are trying and things are mostly clean, the price is good too!

100% would come again!

Arrived late, and had really quick service. I actually really like this hotel. It’s old and retro, but it’s incredibly clean and has everything you need and it’s right in the middle of everything in Penticton. I would always rather give my money and support a local mom and pop that love what they do than a corporation any day.

Room was clean enough but walls in bathroom needed washing. Older motel and they are obviously working on doing upgrades but work still to do. The stairs to the second floor are not extremely sturdy. The grounds need clean up, grass cut etc. The pool was clean and very nice. They have bbq’s for guests to use. The couple that run it were very nice and definitely helpful. Overall it was good enough for the price.

We stayed the weekend there and the owner was absolutely wonderful. Fair price for the property for sure. Our room was clean and The beds were comfy.
I would absolutely recommend this place for the price.

This place is decent value. Unfortunately my room smelled like cigarettes but I was able to air it out to decrease the smell after the first day.
