The location is phenomenal, the room spacious and clean, the kitchen has all that’s necessary, and the people super friendly. We’ll be back.

It’s what you would expect for a cheaper motel. Not horrible at all. The bathroom we found could have been cleaner like the shower curtain was quite yellow and dirty, but again, it’s what you would expect. The pool was a lot of fun and the linens were clean and fresh. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking hotel. We would not stay again based on that as we have asthmatics in our family.

The property was kept clean. The only issue I experienced was noise. The building is wood-frame, so you hear everything above you. The kids waking up at 8am and running around like a pack of wild elephants wasn't fun. Hearing people stomp (not on purpose, but so loud nonetheless). It was difficult to sleep in due to the loudness of peopel walking around.

Accommodation prices were very high in Penticton on our date (several major events occurring). Other property options were gouging on their pricing ...but Riverside was favorably and competitive and provided a clean, comfortable, well-located option for our stay. Thank you!

First time staying there for a full week. I always reserve my accommodations with Hotel.ca but I found out if I reserve directly with this motel they will give you a much better discount than Hotel.ca. The full kitchenette was very useful especially the big fridge. I had to deal with the girl at the front desk a few times and she was very helpful in extending my stay for a much better price than Hotel.ca.
The only negative comment that I have is some people who have a room facing the big pool tend to be very loud after a few drinks when they are sitting outside their rooms facing the pool. I managed to get a room at the far end which was a bit quieter.
Very good location at the end of Riverfront St. along the beach where countless of restaurants are located.
I'll be looking forward to return there 5-7 days.
