The staff are very helpful, friendly, and attentive.
Check in was fast and quick.
For anyone visiting Bon echo or any surrounding places - this is the best place to stay. Food is amazing and there is full breakfast available at 7.00am for a very good price .

Beds were horribly uncomfortable, broken springs on edges. Under toilet was dusty as were baseboards. Staff in restaurant were very nice and helpful.

Wish the restaurant was open earlier. Need hand rail or something on the bottom of the tub to keep from slipping

Terrible

Service was slow all 3 meals were overcooked fries looked like they in fryer for days beef on 2 of the meals overcooked and dried out, we came along way to take good friend out for lunch after loss of her husband will not be back.t
