Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, guests will be required to fill a check-in form and provide a government issued photo ID through a secure link. Failure to complete this step may prevent guest from accessing the apartment. Check-in time starts at 4:00PM. Check-out time is at 11:00AM. At departure, the guest is expected to leave the apartment in a general state of cleanliness (take out the garbages, clean used dishes…) Après avoir effectué une réservation, le client devra compléter un formulaire d’arrivée en ligne et y fournir une pièce d'identité officielle munie d’une photo.
