This is our second long stay at Delta.
People are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make our stay comfortable: from friendly chats to helping us with our stay in the hotel (extra water late at night) or helping with navigating the area.
The hotel itself is modern and fairly new. Great location to get to and plenty of amenities within a 5 minute drive.
Family friendly. The gym is very nice and quiet with all the modern equipments. The pool is very nice especially for children and just a few short laps after a workout. There used to be a jacuzzi but no longer available. That was my only negative this year.

I booked one night with hotels.com and 3 with Agoda. The hotel kept us in the same room when I told them I had 2 reservations. After the first night the room was not cleaned at all and we had no clean towels. My husband had to go to front desk to get some himself. Second day, same thing- room not cleaned. So again had to get towels ourselves. Third day before I left for the day I asked front desk to please give us fresh towels so when we return at night we can shower. He even said would you like your room cleaned. I said sure that would be really good. Upon return, there was only one bath towel but the room was finally cleaned. Like we paid for 3 hotel guests to stay in this room. Why didn’t they only give us one bath towel??? So when it happens the first time, I’m gracious in thinking that somehow it’s just an error. But 3X for a stay of 4 days is completely inexcusable!! Not once did we get upset and acted rudely. We simply went to front desk to get towels. I could have been more angry as a paying hotel guest but that’s not who I am. Now I’m going to write this review to let other potential guests know so they would think twice about booking at the Delta. The only good thing about the hotel is that the rooms are fairly new and generally clean. But if you want the basics of getting room cleaned and fresh towels, forget it. I will never stay here again.

Free onsite parking is a big plus. Very convenient location with direct access to expressways. If needed, the staff can reheat the food for you or lend you a microwave so it’s very convenient for a late return to room.

Convenient location for touring Markham
Free onsite parking is a big plus. Very convenient location with direct access to expressways. As an Asian there are plenty of Asian restaurants to choose from all within 5 mins of drive. If needed, the staff can reheat the food for you or lend you a microwave so it’s very convenient for a late return to room. Cleanliness is at expected level.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The front staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet.
