Good choice in Lunenburg

Great location a block off the waterfront, Lots of pubs, shopping and restaurants along the street. Older property with nice rooms - bed comfortable and bathrooms decently stocked.

In General it was OK

Found the king suite spacious and convenient with the full kitchen. There was no window view as advertised, only the street below. Had a balcony, but there was a 6' privacy barrier limiting view. Price is on the steeper side of what would be reasonable for comparable Inns. Hostess was awesome and very helpful. Note: A/C services multiple rooms and may error code if another room has heat on.

Very enjoyable stay

Enjoyed a lovely two-night stay - the room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and it’s in a great location within the great town of Lunenburg.

Not a quiet place

Third floor away from elevator or don’t bother. We were on second floor. People stomping overhead.

Nice owners, room for improvement

Well located hotel with on street parking. There is a lift for your cases but still some steps at the front and when you exit the lift. The owners were very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and well equipped, although the air con was very noisy. We stayed there on a very hot day/night so although we opened the door onto the small balcony, our room was really warm. The only plug socket we could find was by the door. We had breakfast at the two nearby bakeries, one opens at 08.00 and the other is open but doesn't have any baked goods until around 08.00, so tey elsewhere if you neeed an early start. Lunenberg was a lovely town.
