My favorite Marriott hotel out of the 3 in Laval

Nice hotel, easily accessible, excellent service, super comfortable bed. As a Gold member, I was able to get a room upgrade which was very large

Issue of complementary breakfast coupon

Miscommunication between front desk and restaurant staffs.
I got 2 complementary breakfast coupons.
I couldn't use these two coupons (see photo) for 2 adults and 2 kids (under 7 years old)
Coupon: ...valid for you and one guest to use on this date only...
The words on the coupons are confused me.
Room is big. I like the bright ceiling lights.
Swimming pool is a bit small.
Location is not very good, ie to public transit, mall, restaurants, stores...
Big free parking.

New, modern rooms, Bella Pella products, shower only, gym, pool, free parking with several electric charging stations, near the shopping center, restaurant with a small menu.

Review of Omage, NOT Hilton.

There is much to like about the hotel. Bright, and well lit all around; and professional and courteous staff. My room was well laid out, with plenty of space to move around. Also, lots of surfaces to use. Some nice touches including the coffee setup, and - interestingly - the toilet paper holder!
However, some letdowns. The air conditioning in the room sounds like a jet on takeoff. And the breakfast buffet could offer better variety.
The Omage is the nicest hotel in the Laval area, and I shall return.

Good hotel with nice upgrades after renovations. Excellent and prompt staff and good food in their restaurant.
