Nice pool and hot tub. Gym was only open until 10 but had good equipment. Our room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.

Scam

We had to cancel due to illness. I was happy to pay the cancellation fee however this hotel charged more than was stated in the policy. As soon as I questioned this they stopped responding to any emails or messages. This is a complete scam and unacceptable for such a large hotel. Would not recommend.

The majority of the hotels in Golden are awful, and this one is no different. I don't know how Ramada lets them use the name. Hotels in Golden know they’ve got you if you’re transiting between provinces, cities.
Be prepared to pay big prices, for so little.

There's no fan in the washroom, so it will be stinky if someone uses the washroom, the hotel facility is very old, it smells bad in the hallway. I did not find warm water, there's only a jar that you can get some cold water, not sure whether the water in the jar is from tap water, other hotels provides

Good room, reasonable breakfast, great swimming pool and hot tub. During our stay, there was a power cut for more then 24 hours. The stuff didn't check with us , if we have flesh light, or if we have the means not to stay in our room in complete darkness. They didn't bring us candles or any emergency lights.
