Lovely little property, very clean and comfortable. We had originally booked one room for my husband and oldest daughter to stay as my youngest daughter and I were going to fly home. But when our flights were cancelled, we booked a second room and told them we needed a total of 3 beds between the two rooms for the four of us (our youngest can't share- she kicks like a rented mule). We ended up with a two bed room and a 3-bed suite, and couldn't cancel the first room as it was too late. That was frustrating! But both rooms were clean and comfortable with good water pressure and good AC. We would definitely book very carefully and stay here again.

The room looks like they have tried to make look nice but have just painted over all imperfections. The room had a foul odor when arriving. The pool Is drained and not functional, which was not disclosed at time of booking. The day of check out we went to breakfast and once we returned the staff had let themselves in and stripped beds before we gave our key back. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Our room smelled clean and fresh when we checked in. You can see the owners are working hard make Skimmerhorn Inn a wonderful place to stay. It’s not perfect but that is okay. It’s reflected in the price. We needed a couple beds and a shower while travelling through. Skimmerhorn Inn delivered. Keep up the good work fellas.
We may be back next time we are travelling through Creston.

Stayed here a few times, this time the rooms were renovated. The beds were new and comfortable and the air conditioning was very good

Very clean. Room was
small overall. Kitchen had a microwave & toaster and fridge. Bathtub did not drain fast enough either for a shower o r bath.
