Simple and comfortable

My husband and I spent a night here on our way home. It’s a quiet, simple motel. We stayed here 5 years ago too. Still the same (in a good way) We love the back row of rooms, they have a cozy cabin feel. We even had a baby deer hanging out behind our room. We will happily stay here anytime we are in Cranbrook.
Check in was quick and simple.

Disappointing

Noisy, shared entrance means you can hear neighbours easily. Located in an industrial area and near a train track. Bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom outdated. Lamps did not work. Clean, and reasonable kitchen area.

okay but a little run-down

stayed on an overnight with the dogs. check in was pleasant and the rate was reasonable. the room with kitchenette was okay, and appliances worked, but the bathroom and kitchen areas and windows seemed kind of run down and a little dirty. was pretty noisy from road noise and neighbours. I guess fairly typical for a small independent highway motel. nothing to rave about, but it did the trick

Great place!

I stayed here one night with my friends and was super happy with the kitchen which has all you'll need to cook. It is a cabin which make it more cozy and it was all clean and comfortable. The men at the counter was very nice and educated. I would definately come back

Terrible Service

If you are staying for any length of time the service evaporates. After 2 weeks they consider you long term don't think they need to do anything further. Thanks for what, as we are in transition to our new place, won't be sending anyone your way. You can't get the bed made, no toilet paper supplied, no bathroom cleaned. They need to learn how to run a motel.
