The premise was very clean and renovated and the staff quite pleasant. The breakfast was mediocre and we opted for coffee and tea only.

Upon checking in, we received a dark, old and ground level room in the older part of the hotel. I asked if they had a different room available. One staff member was quite defensive and said that since we booked on hotels.com, that was the room we get. While I realize that we purchased the least expensive room, he made it seem that if you book through a third party, you get the worst room. Another employee heard the conversation and quickly approached the desk and arranged another room for us. The next room was fine. The bathroom was renovated and the bed was comfortable but the couch had torn fabric and the carpet was very old. The sliding door to the shared balcony was faulty and hard to lock. The cleaning staff were very kind and helpful when our key card didn’t work. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked good.

Stayed in the economy rooms. It was okay but pretty dated. Everything was clean but dated. Maybe the other higher end rooms are better, overall not bad but I wouldnt stay in the economy room again.

It was clean enough but hasn’t been updated in a very long time. The room slightly smelled like a room deodorant had been sprayed and the carpet was very dated. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There were only blackout curtains so I could not leave them open and have privacy being on the ground floor. The AC was pretty loud. The breakfast was very basic. Staff was friendly though.

Clean, pretty quiet, comfortable and close to the airport... Would be better if breakfast started earlier than 7am.
