Great stay with exceptional service

I had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel itself was comfortable, well maintained, and offered everything I was looking for during my time in Calgary.
What really stood out to me, however, was the service. Adriana was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. I really appreciated her personal attention, professionalism, and genuine effort to make everything as comfortable as possible.
I also want to give a special mention to Christopher in the lounge. It was genuinely nice to sit down, have a conversation, and feel completely comfortable talking without any hesitation. Those little personal interactions can make such a big difference during a hotel stay, especially when you are travelling. Christopher was friendly, welcoming, and simply great to talk to.
Overall, a great experience and a hotel I would happily stay at again. A big thank you to Adriana and Christopher for making my stay even more enjoyable!

The staff was fantastic from check-in to check-out. They were efficient and super friendly, giving us information about things to do in the area. Access to the amenities in the M Club was a pleasant surprise. The fitness center was large and well equipped

Superb

Likes · Location was perfect, very central - also suitable for our further plans.
Staff were ok, we didnt have any problems
hotel stay worked perfectly for what we needed - no problem
Dislikes · Booking advertised that breakfast was included - thats what i paid for.
reception allegedly didnt get that note - we had to challenge and show booking confirmation. they then promised to pass the note to breakfast staff which they didnt. so i had to challenge again. we got there in the end but wasnt pleasant

Yhe valet parking is useful, property is in a good location for entertainment and dining.
The lounge on the main level has amazing old fashioned drinks. The M Lounge was a good retreat, snacks and drinks available there too, along with TVs to watch.
