The check in and out process was fast and easy. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were very friendly. The room was very clean and perfect for my stay. All guests have access to a lounge on the fourth floor equipped with a coffee machine, beverages, snacks and filtered water. The hotel is located above a beautiful community center and is 30-40 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. Parking is free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.

The room was very clean with many helpful amenities in the bathroom including slippers, and a robe.
The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was great. The room was quiet and we slept very well.
The use of the gym was an unexpected plus.
All staff were super friendly and helpful.
The breakfast choices were adequate.
The hotel was close to major roadways.

The staff were great and the furniture was nice and comfortable. It seems to have been remodeled recently and there's still some details they haven't incorporated in their recent shift. For example, the towels were stiff, the vent closer to the ceiling in the bathroom was dusty, and the toiletries in the shower were old. They did give travel sizes of nice toiletries to use instead, but it seems like thats another detail from their previous life that they left mid transition.

Amazing new hotel above a large community recreational complex. Rooms were efficient, well finished and classy. Cleaning was immaculate and the room was quiet with the concrete construction. The rec amenities are endless and Burnaby lake park is nearby if you prefer a walk in a bird sanctuary. I don’t leave many reviews, but these guys deserve praise for a novel concept that works.

Perfect central location in a region where most hotels are concentrated in downtown Vancouver. You need a car to get around but parking is free and it’s nice to have an option in the centre of Metro Vancouver making it easy to go in all directions - perfect for sightseeing. It is just off the highway which is also so convenient. The room was lovely, spacious, new and clean with mini fridge, TV with huge range of channels, nice toiletries, comfortable bed, even robes and slippers! We also liked the small lounge with coffee tea and some sparkling water and basic snacks. Really no fault - perhaps a full blackout curtain in addition to the window screen to block out the sun.
