Best service
Dropped in for the first time, what an amazing little gem of a place. Decor was surprising. Great food served by amazing staff, courteous, friendly. Will be highly be recommending to friends and families.

The parking lot is nice
Proceed with caution:
- Called to find out if there had rooms and the response was: "i don't know...i think so...yea we have one"...which did not inspire much confidence.
- got to the inn at night and there was no one around. They have an after hours line that you can call, but no one answers it-- thank goodness i didn't book when i had callrd earlier
- they have a lovely, well lit, parking lot so if you are travelling late and need somewhere to stop just park your vehicle and save the $$ b/c they don't seem that interested in providing information or having people stay.
Even ran into a couple who booked in before us, paid and everything but there was no one around to check them in, lights out, doors locked and no one answering the afterhours line...I sure hope the inn keepers do the honourable thing return their money.

Nice room
Hotel room was bright with several windows for a view. Our room was above the pub but noise wasn’t an issue. Would have given a 5 star but during the stay the floor wasn’t cleaned. We needed extra towels and front desk gave them to us but housekeeping removed them.

Friendly, clean, and cozy!
After enjoying the day in Harrison Hot Springs, this was a wonderful place to stay for the night. The staff were very friendly, the rooms have been newly redone and were clean and comfortable, and the food in the pub was great!
Rooms - The room was small, really only fitting the bed and essentials, but very clean. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and we took advantage of all. We really liked the rustic chique aesthetic the room had, and was obviously renovated recently. The bed was also quite comfortable.
The only thing I would have liked (and maybe just a personal preference) was a small comfortable chair for sitting. There was a regular dining chair but definitely not something for sitting and chatting with my partner. It's hard sitting on a bed as we get older!
The other thing was that the air vent started clicking in the middle of the night and kept me awake. I eventually got up and turned it off and it did stop over time and I'm not sure what made it start in the first place.
Other than that, the room was very quiet even despite being off the highway.
Pub - Such a great atmosphere. The food was very good. I got the salmon burger and my partner got the blue cheese burger with bacon instead of ham (recommend!) with curly fries. We were happy with everything including our server :)
If your spending time in Harrison Hot Springs or just passing through, I definitely recommend this hotel.
Also, down the street where the "boat launch" sign is, is a beautiful view and place to either have a picnic or spend time reading. I enjoyed my book for awhile before sunset. So beautiful.

not coming back
My last stay at the Sasquatch Inn: First off: the set up- interesting for sure-but the area very noisy, right on the Highway = no sleep. At the pub, stuff appeared burned out, no friendliness received. After receiving the food, well, just blehh...
