Had an absolutely wonderful experience at WelcomeINNS! From the moment The hospitality was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing.
And the breakfast was absolutely awesome! There was a great variety of delicious food, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. It was definitely a highlight of our stay!

During our stay, a family group monopolized the pool, kicking balls as hard as possible, shouting, and disturbing the other guests. Hotel staff did not intervene to restore order or ensure that all guests could enjoy the facilities in a more typical atmosphere.

Housekeeper? More like Housepeeper.

On the second night of my stay a house keeping lady walked into my room while me and my partner were in bed completely unclothed and uncovered. When I approached the front desk about it they told me it was my fault. I don't think I will he staying here again.

We picked this place because it was a good price and available for our dates for 3 rooms. They had a pool and breakfast and the pictures seemed great/ reviews good.
Our experience:
Highlights: upon late night check-in our bed has a blood stain and other peoples hair on bed and in bathroom floor and bathtub. We “dealt with it “ since it’s late and front desk gave us sheets to change ourselves.
I appreciate the breakfast, it was fine for me but family complained that for 3 days it was the same food daily, no variety. The food staff were very kind!
Pool is beautiful, it was useful and the comments of burning chlorine are true.
We had issues with our drain clogging in bathtub throughout our stay but because we came back late everyday, we did not have the opportunity to tell front desk until check out. At check out, management blamed us for the bug in the room ( disgusting) plus blamed us for our experience and was rude. They deflected all the issues. I merely was just letting them know so they can fix it for future ( and wanted acknowledgment )but they refused to listen and acted defensively. I let them know it was rude.
