The location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was good but the decor is tired and needs uplifting. So why not 5 out of 5 across the board? The carpets in the common areas and on the stairs were tired and dirty. I expected slightly more given the high room rate cost. However, I would stay again.

Room was dirty, common area carpet was worn, hotel was old and needs a complete upgrade, very low water pressure , no breakfast, but the beds were comfortable.

Great location, large room, quiet location, comfortable beds, great pillows and nice sheets. The motel seems very dated and in need of some upgrades. My biggest reason for the lower rating is due to value for the price. We paid over $500 for one night - for this hotel. Maybe not fair evaluation, as all properties were expensive for Labour Day weekend. Bump my rating to a 3. Thx

We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and parking was very convenient going in and out. Building was a bit on the old side but the price compared to other hotels made up for it.

Good location, comfortable bed.

The hotel itself was not bad, although we paid over $400 a night (it was peak season). The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The location was close to everything. The hotel did provide free bus passes but the forgot to give them to us on check in, so we didn’t know about them until we asked about how to take the bus the next day. My hubby loved the bath products. The service is where this place really took a dive. The staff were not very attentive and we had to actually interrupt the staffs conversation after the just continued to talk while we stood at the desk. The housekeeping was almost non existent. The bed was not made, the coffee pot not emptied, one day the didn’t even pick up the dirty towels. She did empty the trash daily but that seemed to be the extent of the cleaning.
