1st time in Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye

1st time monthly duty time in Mercure....they pick up us on time in the airport by hotel transport and Mr Edo as a driver...all went well....
I feels like home already...
Room's okay, like the vintage vibes though...with oak woods furniture, reminds me of the house that I grew up...
I stay in the Mercure services apartment, so they have kitchenette with all utensils, you can cooks and grill...have the microwave and refrigerator also.
...I stay with the small lake view from my room...noise level is okay...I can sleep very well....the bed is also nice...as I work sometimes night to dawn, I can surely sleep like a log :)
The Staff? All very friendly and helpful....2 thumbs up for the Cleaning staff...they make sure to clean your room everyday... especially Ms Naing, Mr Yan Paing, and Wanna...keep up the good work

Wonderfull experience

Wonderfull experience staying here. All staff was good, can speak in English very well easy to communicate. Housekeeping staff also very good. I meet Ms Auguster & Mr April during there come to do housekeeping in my room. Cleaning done very good and very details and also them are very friendly

A Memorable and Enjoyable Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Ygn Kaba Aye! The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere are very pleasant. The staff were friendly. helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
A special thanks to Emely & Myat for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They were very kind and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent house keeping at Mercure Yangon

Very good service from the housekeeping staff Ma Cinderella and her team Mr Myu min thin who helped keep room very clean also wan na !
They were able to do the room cleaning whenever it was convenient to me without any complaint and made sure I had water bottle and towels at any time
This level of service is not so available at other hotels I have been to

Nice hotel and staff

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff which makes a difference.
Facilities are good with gym and pool.
Restaurant is good with a good selection of dishes.
Housekeeping is spot on with Zu Zu and Wunne keeping the room spotless every day and nothing is too much trouble for them, always smiling and helpful a credit to the hotel.
