We booked a double room at your hotel for one week and have currently been staying there for two days. Although the room is spacious and basically equipped with the necessary amenities, it does not meet our expectations of a highly rated five-star hotel in several respects.
In particular, there is, in our view, a significant need for renovation and renewal. The bathroom proved to be particularly problematic: When showering, water leaked from the bathroom into the entire room area. We reported this defect immediately to the front desk. Unfortunately, no remedy was provided as a result, so I eventually had to mop up the water myself with towels.
Furthermore, the furniture was significantly worn and gave an overall unkempt impression. Also, the conduct of individual staff members at the reception unfortunately did not correspond to the service we expect in a hotel of this category. We found the staff in question to be unfriendly and not very helpful.
Overall, we are very dissatisfied with our stay so far. We politely ask you to check the mentioned defects promptly and to take appropriate measures. Based on our experiences, we cannot currently recommend your hotel and will refrain from booking again.

Best hotel in varna

Without question this is the best hotel for pretty
Much everything in Varna.
Quality
Food
Rooms (especially in a suite), tidy, clean
Great WiFi
Great facilities
Food in restaurant
The bars
Close to everything
This is the hotel to stay in if you have a choice and done mind paying circa €150 for two nights, for us that’s cheap but for BG that can be deemed expensive

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel was clean, and the location was excellent—close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
The only downside was that the pool area looked a bit worn down and not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good, and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.
