We had great time met some great staff and holiday guests ... Andrea 407 xx

Myself Andrea Kirsty Kate came for week .. booked threw easy jet great price .Hotel is very out dated needs a bit tlc...But it is very clean .. staff are great especial the young lads at the bar in and outside.Food was average always a wide range and if you have a sweet tooth puddings are great . Drinks on tap and your not limited to 1 or 2 at atime .. it has 3 pools very clean ... 3 large slides and even childrens pool has a slide...One night i heard some loud people on sofas on landing nxt to my room ..i phoned 9 for reception they came straight up and sorted it no more noise .. in any hotel you will always have one night when 1 room is noisy ..but i was greatful they sorted it for me ASAP so thanx Izkar we had great time .... Kirsty said her wages for being DJ at the pool lol

Absolutely disgusting

Do not go here absolutly terrible staff rude to my self partner an my children! People that was also at the hotel was rude arrogant and racist, out dated hotel room was disgusting, unclean beds needed replacing along with everything else in the hotel room, and the food was absolutely disgusting! Service from staff was shocking, everywhere u walked people was just rude ! Few restaurants further down the strip was nice an polite, but absolutely shocking at how bad this holiday was from start to finish couldn't wait to get home, uk residents are targeted an ripped off all the time!! Could not belive the arrogance on everyone, it 2025 why are people so rude no smiles or hellos or anything literally just dirty looks an scouling no need at all manners don't cost anything !

The hotel fully matches 3 stars

Relaxed with their son from 28.08.2025 to 05.09.2025 were generally satisfied with the rest, the food is delicious, but a little monotonous. From the advantages of this hotel delicious ice cream , slides and close location to the sea, about 7 minutes walk. In the eight nights we arrived, we changed our towels three times. The downside is bad internet in the room and "tired rooms."

WARNING DO NOT COME HERE IF ENGLISH

Where to start the rooms are horrendous small outdated however we got used to it as the holiday went on. The staff are honestly the most miserable , disrespectful people I’ve ever met and tbh I would be if I had to come to this to this place everyday. From the bar men ignoring you and being disrespectful to cleaners kicking tables at you when you’re sunbathing and shouting stuff in Bulgarian for no reason at all wether this has been happening because we’re English I don’t know but that’s what I expect. The only good thing is the cocktails are strong and the beer is good apart from that there’s absolutely no reason to come here , we’ve been coming to Bulgaria for 10 years now and this is by far the worst one. If English avoid don’t make the same mistake we did !!!!

Good location, simple and comfortable hotel

The hotel is quite close to the spacious beach, which is very convenient. The beach is clean, smooth entrance, lifeguards in the storm are really watching. The hotel itself is quite simple, and everything is there. Not the main street, so it's not too noisy. A small program for adults during the day and for children during the day and evening. I liked the restaurant, everything was delicious and quite varied. And July was plenty of room. Everywhere clean and in general only positive impressions from the staff. Pools of different depths, minimum 60cm, my children of different ages were perfect. Of the downsides, only perhaps a little outdated room stock, as if you wanted something more modern.
