Terrible Experience – Dirty and Unbearable Stay

I had an awful experience at this hotel. The room was filthy — hair and rubbish everywhere, and it smelled disgusting. I went to the reception to complain, and although the staff member was helpful, they told me all the rooms are like that. I said that this isn’t what I booked, as the photos looked completely different. He admitted the pictures online are from 20 years ago!
They offered me a different room, but it was still dirty and didn’t even have air conditioning. It was so hot that we couldn’t sleep at all during the night. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete disappointment.

Typical Bulgarian hotel well located

Typical Bulgarian hotel, breakfast is taken in a rustic room, kitche, even:), decent breakfast.
Very nice swimming pool.
Some of the friendly staff, others less... but hey, it's kind of Bulgarian charm...

Outdated resort with incredibly rude staff.

I recently stayed at this resort and was thoroughly disappointed. The facilities are outdated and in dire need of renovation, giving the entire place a neglected and worn-out feel. What made the experience even worse was the incredibly rude and unprofessional staff, who seemed more interested in brushing off guests than offering any real assistance. With so many better options available in the area, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a more welcoming and comfortable stay.
