Very bad
There’s no ventilation in the bathroom, so the whole room is filled with smell.When you take a bath, it gets wet, including the toilet. The textiles in the room are very old and blackout. We combined the beds as much as a child's bed.We slept like two beds.They put the toilet paper at the cheapest, and it shattered without using any more.The page said there was hair drying in the room, but they didn't. They gave me what I asked, but they told me to dry the hair and bring it back.I went to provide a machine from the 3rd floor. We had 3 floors and no elevators, and it was hard to pack. No helpers and caring.The hotel is on the side of the road and you can’t sleep well. One night, we woke up to a gunshot and we were scared.You pay cash at the entrance to the hotel.
Officers aren’t attentive and friendly.
The only plus was that it’s close to downtown and the bus.They’re taking their trash and putting in clean towels every day.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff.
The reception is open 24/7 and the luggage storage service is excellent.
The furnishings of the room absolutely need to be reviewed (particularly the sheet and pillow kit) but above all the bathroom needs to be reviewed, dirty and without any shower cubicle but only a hand shower and a drain on the floor in the middle of the bathroom.

Very bad hotel with rude staff
Very old furniture, bathroom has a bad smell, they do not want to have babies and children and they were very rude when we came with children, but there is no such remark on the booking page. Door of the room cannot be locked proprely, windows cannot be closed, bed was broken. The worse hotel I have visited in my life.

No access with baby cart
Terrible experience - they do not let you enter with baby cart in the room! The room had bad smell, it was noisy during all night, staff very unfriendly. TV does not work, doors cannot be closed completely, there is no aircondition and no parking.

the photo of the room when we booking does not correspond to the actual appearance. the room is in very bad condition, the bed looks like it was taken from a dump. there is a wire above it. we did not get toilet paper. a huge fly in the room. the other room had a torn bed.
we had to pay extra for a better room, which is "deluxe" because it has a TV (25 years old, with a bad picture, and an antenna that is actually a coiled cable). we got half toilet paper, which was wet and unusable.
