Excellent Rooms and Staff but Far Away from Most Attractions

Everything was excellent except for two issues: 1) the location is 20 minutes away from most city attractions, so you will need to download TaxiMe and use it regularly; 2) the rules state "It is not acceptable to bring food or drink to the hotel room." For guests staying several days, this rule makes no sense.
Guests may want to visit the Brilla grocery store and Chucky's Coffee nearby. You can buy a local SIM at Telenor at "Bulgaria Mall." (October 2019)

good hotel

The hotel offers free parking place and transfer to the airport which is very convenient. The place is very quiet and the neighbourhood is very quiet too. The staff there is smily and they are always ready to help.

Value for money stay

We booked a room with a large double bed and a single bed. It was spacious and clean and the same was the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful and we could communicate in English. There is free parking for customers but no breakfast is served.

Good hotel with nice location and free parking

Pros:
- Free secured parking in front of the hotel
- Location - 15 min with tram to the city centre, 5 min walk to Bulgaria mall
- Big and clean room
- Fast wireless Internet

It's OK

The rooms are clear, with big and comfortable beds. You don't have hairdryer and the bathroom is typic for a 3-star hotel. The receptionists are not very nice with you and their English lacks a little bit, but there wasn't any bigger problem. You can get drinks near the reception, but the hotel doesn't have any place where you can eat something. The minibar is ok and the TV has many channels to watch. There is guarded parking, which is excellent, given the fact that you stay in a suburb in Bulgaria. The prices are ok, so it is a good place to stay, especially for a 1-night transit.
