Good restaurant

Simple reception and staff speak English. Ample room with 3 beds, closet and counter. It has an electric kettle and teas and a fridge bar (which wasn't on the outlet). The bathroom has a convenient size, but no box. There is a bath with curtain and a shower on the wall. But it has no support bars to help get in the bathtub. As we stayed in a room on the 1st floor, we could hear the cars and the tram passing right in front of the hotel. There was also wind coming under the balcony door. The room wasn't heated right, even trying, it was always "fresh", and it was below zero outside. And sheets come out of bed all the time. Stained and dirty carpet. The hotel's restaurant is underground and is quite nice. Good food and affordable prices. The waiter was very friendly. Mariana, from the reception, was very kind too and gave several tips by email on how to get to the hotel. It is not far from the train and bus station, but as it was at night, we took the tram right in front of the station and 1 or 2 points later we already arrived at the hotel. We tried to pick up a taxi at the exit from the station, but they wanted to charge 20 euros for this short ride.

Quiet hotel, well served by trams

Hotel located in a quiet area near tram stops that serve all the places to visit in the city. Simple but clean rooms, comfortable bedding, elevator. Decent breakfast and friendly, efficient welcome. An address to remember.

Tour Group Central

Our G Adventures group had us booked here for the final night of our tour. We were one of many other groups. The place is clean and comfortable. Within walking distance is Restaurant Hadjidraganovite Kashti which with give you an authentic Bulgarian dining experience and is not to be missed!

LACK OF FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT

Very bad behavior from the owner and some employees (some cleaners) who, while knowing that their country belongs to the European Union, are angry when you speak English to them and respond nervously in their language and angry with strange morphs in the face, they were not friendly! The staff at the front desk were willing to help as well as the staff at breakfast...
There was a damage to the room where the cost was around 25 to 30 euros...they charged us 50 euros they did not estimate the fact that we once again visited their hotel a few days ago.....they see us only for the money....UNCOUNTERCORDED AND WHOLY FRIENDLY THE MEN who run it
