Great little guest house in Ruse, Bulgaria

The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Check in was very easy, and even though reception isn't manned 24/7 the manager communicated well and proactively. There is a nice communal kitchen and library downstairs, plus an outdoor sitting/ smoking area. Located just next to the Regional History Museum and a short walk from the center of town.

Cozy, clean and fascinating! Budget friendly! Strongly recommend it!

Extraordinary place! The rooms were extremely cozy and clean. The prices were budget friendly and the hotel had awesome common areas, such as a kitchen, a library with a piano, a dining room and also a lobby with coaches and fancy decorations. Also the hotel owns many high rating achievements. The location is brilliant, right behind the palace of Alexander Batemberg, now the Museum of History of Rousse (the main center of the city).
The place is a hidden treasure and I would definitely recommend it for everyone who wants to explore the city!

Comfortable, Clean and Central.

La Maison is in heart of Ruse. It is near everywhere. You can go everywhere by walking. There are comfortable and clean rooms and big kitchen. We were 3 families and i would recommended to stay for families. The fee was affordable.

Great value!

We found this gem of a hostel at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised at the facilities considering it is a budget hostel. The rooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries and even a hair dryer. The downstairs shared kitchen, dining and library areas were well-equipped and great to just hang out in. The hostel is super close to the old town - just a 10 minute walk. Wifi was free and fast. Quiet location with easy parking. Check-in and out were easy and efficient.

Exceptionally good value, luxury hostel

What can I say.. I was blown away by La Maison. The couple running the place were friendly and helpful without being pushy or intrusive. The room was beautiful and the common area was stunning.
Very well kept, clean and safe place to stay. For the price of a hostel it was like staying in a nice hotel! Comfortable bed, private bathroom and access to kitchen facilities and a lounge/common area that could compete with most upmarket cafes for style.
Would 100% stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.
