Best price/quality ratio for a hotel in Plovdiv Old Town

The hotel is placed in the Old Plovdiv Region. If you travel by car please take into account it can be a bit challenging to get your car up to the hotel since the streets are quite narrow. The hotel has a garage large enough to park at least 12 cars inside.
The rooms are quite big and there is a WIFI network available at each floor(make sure you connect on your proper floor WIFI otherwise it will not work). The rooms and bathrooms are kept at a very decent cleaning level.
The staff is friendly and they mostly speak German and Russian, besides Bulgarian of course. English is quite rare in Bulgarian in general from what i've seen so this comes as no surprise but even if you do not know anything except English you can manage with the staff.
One must also choose to go for the breakfast included version when doing the reservation. It is just a few extra BGN and it is totally worthwhile since there are no other close restaurants that are opened in the morning from which you can have breakfast. Also at breakfast you can have as much as you would like from all the things presented to you on the table, there is no limit to as how much you can take and eat just make sure you do not take any of the food in your room.They have musli, corn flakes, yogurt, Blue Mold Cheese, Feta Cheese, Swiss Cheese, Salami, Ham, Bacon, Orange juice and coffee.
In conclusion it was a wonderful stay in a wonderful city Plovdiv.

Comfortable, friendly, perfect!

This hotel is in the centre of the old town, amongst the old cobbled streets. It is close to museums, galleries, sights and restaurants. Nowhere is too far to walk to, although the cobbles are difficult.
The rooms are very comfortable. Our friends had a twin room with a balcony and view. We paid the extra (tiny amount) for a junior suite which was very comfortable and spacious. We liked the little touches like butterflies stitched on the towels. The bathroom was modern with hot water and a good shower.
Breakfast was superb! A simple buffet but so many tasty choices. Even quails eggs! We didn't eat in the restaurant but I wish we had.
The owners were so warm and helpful that after 2 days we felt like old friends. They couldn't do enough for us. I was even given a plant cutting from the lovely patio garden, just because I admired it.
Excellent value and I can't recommend it enough!

highly reccommended hotel in Plovdiv

Nice and warm hotel in a very good location in the old city of Plovdiv. Very comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast and a garden restaurant near by which belongs to the hotel.
Fair prices and good service. The hotel has a garage which is very important for car parking in a city.

Lovely Hotel on a Quiet Street in Old Town

Management spoke no English, but it didn't matter. We were treated like royalty. The hotel was just lovely. The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. Breakfasts were quite acceptable. We did a bit of laundry and hung it on our balcony. While we were away it started to rain very hard. One of the owners took it upon herself to grab our stuff and hang it up indoors. What a nice thought.

Very comfortable accommodations in the middle of Old Town

What we liked most about this hotel was the beautiful flower filled patio where we had an excellent breakfast each morning. The staff was helpful and were friends of our tour guide, so they seemed to go out of their way for us. The restaurant right next door was situated on a lovely large patio where a violinist played and they served typical Bulgarian food.
