A wonderful place to spend your vacation at

This is our 3rd time staying at Moskoyani Apart Complex. And all the 3 times have been wonderful. The room we got was clean and tidy. Beds were big and comfortable. The pool is huge and gets cleaned every morning. The “common” area around the pool is amazing as well. Many sun beds with big umbrellas which you can use. There is also a playground for kids. The owners are welcoming and warm-hearted people. The only “problem” was that the wifi wasn’t as good. All in all, beyond great experience.

DON'T COME HERE!

Disgusting attitude of the staff, namely the owners! All of a sudden, in the middle of the day, a receptionist, a.k.a. the owner of a sleeping room, came in and silently turned off the power in our room! When I started calling her out and asking her why there was no light, she walked defiantly in silence at first, and then she gave me the middle finger, i.e. sent me to the f... When I got closer, she and her husband started calling me a fool, an idiot, telling me You and yelling, threatening the police and eviction without refund for the days left. Turns out they were demanding we keep the air conditioning off because electricity is expensive!
Not once in the whole stay, and we were 27 days, didn't even say hello!
Clean-up consisted only of taking out the trash every day. Everybody! Not even the bathroom/toilet was wiped once.
Finally, when we had already left , I received a message from the landlady of the sony which read:
Brundy virodok ti not mash cholovka i dihati can't wid malice, I hope ti chorus with the most fearsome wobbles in the light!!!!!
Screen attached.
My 9-year-old daughter was forbidden to do half an hour of morning playground exercise without touching the swing!
Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!
