Very good

Very nice place. Good food and location . The houses are made in style of Bulgarian tradition. There is a swimming pool outside . From my point of view this is very very good choice if you want to rest in the weekend.

Middle of nowhere, traditional, tranquil villa.

It really is in the middle of nowhere, which is the beauty of it. The villa itself actually has a number of buildings, a pond with ducks and 2 outdoor sheltered and open seating areas towards the restaurant (mehana). There appeared to be a sauna too, but I did not visit it. The restaurant serves, classics Bulgarian dishes for both dinner and breakfast (think ayran, tutmanik, mekici), which were all delicious! The staff is very friendly. Overall a really nice place if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big cities.

Best stay ever!!

I organized a weekend for a group of friends here last June. I loved that instead of a single hotel building, it consists of several small bungalow-style houses. The interior is all wooden and traditionally Bulgarian. Instead of a sink there are coppers in the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed up until late in the night and they were still around serving us. The next morning they looked just as fresh as if they had gone to sleep at 10 pm (instead of 3 am). :) The breakfast was also traditional - mekitsas, and when we asked how many each of us could have, the answer was: "As many as you can eat!". There is a swimming pool behind the main building, swings, а pavilion for a group of about 10 to, say, play a good game of cards. The view to the nearby villages is great as the hotel is on top of a hill.

Ordinary hotel in the province

I have been to this hotel few month ago. It is located in a small village so there is not much to do outside the hotel. In my opinion if you stay more than 3 day you will be very board.
The best advantage is that the place is quite and peaceful. No noise from cars, discos, etc. My room was in typical Bulgarian folklore style. It also has large tv but hasn`t got air condition. The food was average also typical Bulgarian style.
If you are looking for a quite place and want to have a rest this is your place, if you are looking for parting or modern hotel better not go.

Very Good but with reservations

This is a hotel not on the tourist route mainly used by Bulgarian families. It is not easy to find even with a sat nav and a good Bulgarian road map. We eventually found it and had difficulty finding reception and anyone that knew what to do.
Problem - it is a hotel that is primarily for Bulgarians there are is no information in any other languages but Bulgarian and except for one person who spoke a little English no one spoke any English and my rudimentary Bulgarian was put to the test.
The hotel was busy and we felt that we were not really welcome as most of the people had taken over the hotel. We had booked a table for dinner but when we arrived no table was booked and we were given a table in a very poor side of the dinning room. The menu was in Bulgarian only and no one was interested in trying to help explain what the choices were. The grounds buildings and setting are superb but to travel out of our way and have bad service was not very good. Our room was stark with very retro Bulgarian fittings as was the whole complex. In the room there were no chairs or stools no glasses in the bathroom and the floors were dirty wiith dust and gravel.
It was charging top price for Bulgaria but we felt it was offering poor service and poor quality and we felt we were not welcome
