The best

The best hotel in Kırcali. The hotel is centrally located and clean. In a quiet location. There''s a small birr pool with a restaurant that''s always serving good food. A safe business. Good for families, too. Close to all of the town center. I recommend

Ideal for family

We came with my family, the open buffet breakfast was super, my son felt like home, he had a lot of fun, the location is very central, everywhere is within walking distance, the hotel is clean, the pool is clean, the employees are sincere and friendly, they solve your problems immediately (they take action immediately and keep the satisfaction high) but most importantly, it is reliable, we will come again.

Fabulous Hotel, Fabulous Food

We stayed at this fabulous hotel, it was very comfortable, nicely furnished, extremely clean, great location and the staff were very helpful. The chefs were amazing, even if you don’t stay, you must go for a meal. We would definitely stay again, excellent value for money. The owners Jivka and Kiril should be very proud of their staff and their hotel.

Absolutely lovely.

Small hotel surrounded by trees with a swimming pool in front. Friendly smiling staff always ready to help. Clean swimming pool with warm water. Nice big room ( we lived in room 203) with a view to the pool. Very tasty and pretty cheap food. We stayed at the hotel 5 days and had all our meals there.Parking place is closed at night time ( for us it was very important because we came to Bulgaria for jet ski competition). I had a swim in the pool every day at 7 o clock in the morning and someone from the staff straight away was bringing for me a towel. We had great time.Highly recommended.

Very disappointed

I stayed there for one night during a private tour of Bulgaria. The room was not clean. There was still trash from the previous visitor. There were no amenities in the bathroom. It had only two, wall mounted soap dispensers, like the ones you would find in a public bathroom. I left an order for breakfast on my door, but when I looked in the morning it had not been picked up. I called the restaurant and ordered coffee, which did arrive quickly. My guide and I ate dinner in the restaurant, and it was the worst food I had during my tour. Food in Bulgaria is usually delicious. Not worth the price or it's reputation.
