Happy with hotel and surroundings

Spacious rooms and great facilities. We enjoyed the size of the room and the spa, play room and restaurant. I must say, the restaurant is better than other restaurants visited. The breakfast, included in tbe room price, provided plenty of choice.
The mountainous surroundings are also beautiful and absolutely worth exploring

Most disappointing hotel

The hotel looks new from the outside, the room maintenance is terrible, the stench of cigarettes is terrible, there is no justification for rating the hotel with 5 stars maybe 3, the mattresses are finished that feel the springs in the back, the towels are old and thin.

Perfect stay

Great hotel, great service, great restaurant, great location. Everything perfect!!!! The restaurant has an excellent menu and wine list. The spa is pleasant and relaxing, with a swimming pool and saunas. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful.

Not exactly 5 stars...

We booked the hotel with high expectations, as we had information from a relative about the high quality of services offered there. Unfortunately, we were little disappointed... Specifically:
1. In deluxe double room without a balcony, where we were accommodated, the furniture was already depreciated.
2. In terms of cleanliness - there is much to be desired...
3. Every shower in bathroom, despite the certain being drawn all the way, the floor was constantly wet and did not drain.
4. Spa was not well maintained.
5. Other guests did not follow the rules in the spa area, pool, as well as the rest hours etc.
Baring this circumstances...
1. The reception and restaurant staff were really responsive and responded to our request for assistance!

Incredible hotel in STUNNING location!!!

Wow! Incredible swimming pool & spa facilities in a luxury hotel with truly outstanding restaurant. The hotel even has a downstairs bowling alley if you wish to play! Very nice bedroom as well.
Devin is a nice town with a number of good restaurants - seems to be a place where Bulgarians go on holiday to. Wonderful hiking opportunity at Strulitsa Eco Trail Path. Perhaps the most beautiful, stunning hike weve ever done. In the evening the town of Devin came to life with traditional dancing in the town square which was a joy to attend.
Bulgaria is a must visit holiday destination & Devin a wonderful town to see & experience. Well worth visiting!!
