Sunny Sand Studios Burgas - Bulgaria are scammers

They are cheater and scammers !! Nothing more can describe. After making booking on Expedia and paying full amount. They call and tell you we can't host you cause the rate is wrong and you have to pay more. They don't compromise, they offer no refund, rude, impolite and didn't try to help. I lost my money with these scammers

I am very glad with my stay there.
Near to the beach and the airport.
Busses to Burgas very often.
Very clean.
Hot water, fridge, kettle. One can cook if wants.

Good place, comfortable stay

Great apartment with a balcony, in the middle of the town. It is not an hotel, so you need to arrange the collection of the keys, however it is not a big problem – just call in advance or have a mobile with you, when you arrive.
Everything inside is relatively new, the apartment is fully furnished and equipped and everything is in good condition, so my staying there was really comfortable.
Great location – right in the middle of Serafovo, so there are several bars and restaurants within 2 minutes of walk. Bank (with ATM) and supermarket are in the same building, on the ground floor and taxi stop is literally at the front of the entrance door, so you can get to the centre of Burgas in 15-20 minutes.
