Intercity Teresopolis

Nice and clean environment, comfortable beds, great shower, beautiful decoration in the room and other environments, elevator and a good breakfast, made our stay in Teresópolis much better. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 1.5km from the city centre, but easy access to restaurants and city sights. On-site parking is paid, but it is peaceful to leave the car on the street. I thank all employees for the good service. I recommend!

Always great stays!

Room and large bathrooms. Wonderful shower. No complaints about hygiene, towels and sheets. Good service and good breakfast.

Good, but you need to improve in some ways!

In my opinion, the Hotel did not translate the same experience of the other hotels in the Network that I have already stayed. I liked the comfort of the rooms, the bathroom, the location of the unit and the cleanliness. But some occasional situations have left much to be desired. The first was the question of parking. Even wanting to pay to leave my car in the parking lot that they have outsourced (40 reais per day), I was forced to put it on the street. They claim that they had no vacancies, since there were many monthly travellers parked. This needs to be made clear before booking, as I myself opted for Intercity for finding that they actually had a parking as informed. I paid an expensive daily and still risked having my vehicle stolen or damaged on the street. Another point was the check-in. I made the reservation using my cashback and even showing them the digital reservation with all the OK of the system with the discounted amount to pay directly at the Hotel, they did not find and took about 15 minutes to resolve such a situation, since they wanted to charge me another amount without the discount. Finally, in relation to the coffee I found it good, but sinned in some items and in the replacement of the cheese bread that was late to arrive. Besides, there is no sandwich or toaster to heat a sandwich or bread on time. Finally, these are punctual situations that make a difference and that I did not see in other units that I have been recently like Campinas and Salvador. In addition, these are observations that can serve as improvements to the Hotel.

Very good hotel, excellent room. The hotel is airy, well cared for and with excellent cleaning. Good breakfast. Good service from staff. I always prioritize this hotel in Teresopolis.

Wonderfully surprised

Bed was extremely comfortable, should have taken note of the mattress. Tv e room was spacious as was the bathroom, very well kept. Breakfast was also flawless, with all sorts of breads, cakes, fruits, juices, etc
