Well simple, but worth by cost x benefit and location

I was looking for a more affordable accommodation, so I booked Arrey. The hotel is very simple, do not expect sophisticated facilities, the key to the room is still that old style, with a keyboard that you leave at the reception when you leave. The breakfast also leaves a little to be desired. The double bed is good, but I got the impression that they joined 2 single to form a couple. I used the pool but the floor was very slippery, so I didn't like it much. But not everything is bad, some points I liked such as the size of the room (very large), equipped with a fridge bar that we ourselves supply, the education and cordiality of the staff, and especially the location, behind the Blue Tree and almost in front of Av. Marechal Castelo Branco, in addition to being close to Shopping Rio Poty and Teresina Shopping (by car). Also liked the hotel not bother with visitors (I have friends in Teresina). A negative point that needs to be reviewed is the noise from the air conditioner, which annoys a lot. For a short, modest but with comfort and low cost accommodation, I think it meets.

Room was not clean, several lights did not work, the wallpaper was coming off the wall, the shower took forever to warm up and the phone did not work. Staff was advised and there was no room change nor compensation.

The photo of the site does not match reality

Room nothing expected it is not the same as the photos of the sit, take an old room and with a work next to my room with machines cutting wood all the time, fridge full of rust old furniture, walls full of mold, abandoned bathroom. Disappointing!

Good location

There was no hairdryer in the rooms. Cleaning of the rooms reasonable. Good breakfast. The pool wasn't clean. Room with good size for 3 people and a baby. Excellent location.

Bad experience for business or family

Hotel with old, decaying and dirty furniture. Filthy and greasy curtains. The photos presented here are not compatible with reality. I stayed in 612, TV doesn't work, bathroom with filthy and old sink. Very bad breakfast and employees mopping the floor with a strong smell of cheap disinfectant at breakfast time. Bad experience. The receptionist is very attentive.
