Travel back home

For me who live in Pará, Sinop City MT is always a stop. I have stayed several times at Ibis Sinop, but a suggestion... They should bet more on the service, because when we travel by car we arrive exhausted and we need to see people cheerful and helpful at the reception. I wanted to know how to use the points, the two receptionists did not know and did not seek to know. But quietly, Ibis Sinop remains the best cost benefit.

Below the network standard

Start with the check-in service, too slow. Only one person attending and each attention taking a long time. I was the room to check in and it took over half an hour. The room is reasonable, needs renovation, both the bed and pillow. The air conditioning is great. The shower is bad. The nice breakfast. Internet ruim. And then to complete the was also quite time because I needed the tax note and the attendant suffered a lot to be able to issue. Anyway, I don't mean to go back.

Perfect stay

It was all perfect, from checkin, accommodation, room, restaurant, meant our needs.
Excellent bed and enxoval , TV , air conditioning , bar fridge , bathrooms with excellent shower...
All very clean and organized

Service

My husband stayed at this Ibis and forgot his laptop charger.
He called, identified himself, gave the date and apartment number.
They kept returning the call. It's been 5 days and no contact.
Nobody found it? Could someone at least return?
