The hotel is short walk from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast options were limited.

staff was incredibly nice when checking in and out. it wasn't till the end of my stay that i got bites all over my arms and legs. thinking it was mosquito bites since i slept with the windows open for fresh air, i looked more into it and found out it was bed bugs. searched throughout the mattress and found one. the ac didn't work as well. despite the staff being incredibly nice, i wouldn't come back

Poor.

So I stayed at this hotel 3 nights, I arrived at 9 am and I was given the room almost at 14.l hotel is quite old and dirty, the cleanliness of the room and the change of sheets leaves much to be desired and is not always carried out. the only positive things are the staff at the reception very polite and helpful and the location of the hotel near the beach of Copacabana

They charged me for three nights, I spent just two.
Room was ok. Basic, clean. Needs upgrades.
Water was leaking on the bathroom, I asked to be fixed, and it was fixed.
