Pousada da Mancada

The service was terrible, from the room booking to the check-out. The person demanded payment of the daily, advance, via pix. I paid the requested amount, 190 reais and when I arrived I was told that I had only paid half. I had to open my bank statement to show the proof pix, not counting. that I stayed 25 minutes at the reception ringing the bell and no one to attend. I had to call a cell phone one viz said that would mad someone. Mrs. de la faxina came whispering that she wasn't gonna guess that I was there and that she wasn't obligated to listen to a bell, who earns little to do faxina, serve the door and reception. The room is so tight that it can barely move. The suitcase has to be on the ground.
I couldn't sleep, because the walls were thin and the guest next door was always on the phone. That, after midnight. I did a class and I was e.bra, but the boy from the reception said that this is normal, in short, do not give the minimum to the client. It's cold. I left from 01:00 in the morning and got a better place to stay.

I would like to thank you for the excellent experience during my stay. The service was attentive and cordial, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel infrastructure exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend and will return on future visits. Congratulations on the great work!

IN front of the highway.

Unfortunately, clean place, small but cozy, great breakfast, but a lot of noise, neighbors' alarms ring all night, thin walls, you hear noise from everything and everyone, it was frustrating.

Para poucas noites

Pousada à beira da estrada , muuuuito barulhenta . Além disso, os quartos são pequenos.
É uma pousada boa para duas ou três noites no máximo, desde que você tenha sono pesado…
Pintos positivos: o café da manhã, o atendimento dos porteiros e do dono, que não poupam esforços em nos atender bem. A piscina também é muito boa
