EXCEPTIONAL

The whole experience was wonderful, both in the infrastructure and in the service and friendliness in the interactions we had at the Hotel. The room is incredible, with a fantastic view, the breakfast is amazing. I also found it perfect for those who go with family and children. At all times I saw a program happening for everyone. I really loved staying at the hotel. The best of Christmas in my opinion. I would come back whenever I could

The room was large but lack details such as a proper wardrobe with draws to allow you to unpack your bags. The selling approach was annoying (offering "benefits" in exchange of time to listen to sales pitch). All very confuse and embarrassing. Restaurant food not great and breakfast not to the level I would expect. Staff is very friendly and normally very pro-active. Hotel app not helpful for order room service. Long time spent during check-out.

Not enough chairs in the swimming pool. If you arrive after 7am you will not find a chair that is not reserved.

Good experience

Jane , Juliette , Roberto Luiz and Kayo were kind in their attention at malta restaurant. In general, hotel was comfortable and a good place to relax
