A good experience

Hotel well located, close to bars and restaurants, shopping Manauara. Comfortable room, bed hugging. Very delicious breakfast and attentive staff.

Good value hotel

The hotel was clean, with good sized bedrooms. Each bedroom has a kitchenette with a stove should you wish to heat food etc. A/C worked fine.
Staff were incredibly helpful; we arrive way before the 14-00 check-in slot and they found us rooms early. Small swimming pool on top of the build as well as a reasonable gym and Wifi.
Breakfasts were fantastic. As well as having a huge variety of items, there is an omelette station. Try the tapioca pancakes- a local delicacy.
Excellent value for money.
Note that they also have a restaurant. The food is average. Lot better available eateries in vicinity.

unprofessional, possibly corrupt?

Cancelled our months old reservation less than a week before our stay without contacting us. Tried to rebook within minutes, was immediately sold out for the dates so they probably found higher paying costumers, Seems extremely unprofessional and caused us a lot of trouble

Hotel that is way overrated

This hotel was way below expectations. Service was sub par. Breakfast was poor. The halls in the hotel were dirty. The pool was in really bad shape and it needs fixing. I had to go to a dark room on the ground floor to iron my clothes because the hotel does not have irons for the rooms. Last but not least I had to call every day for them to come clean up my room. in the bathroom were in really bad shape. I cannot understand how this hotel got rating above eight. I do not recommend this property.
