Lack of sympathy from restaurant attendees

Excellent hotel, score 10 in all aspects in relation to accommodation, the only question I give a 7, in relation to the attendants of the restaurant, all with bad face, not give a good day, I already stayed in places that the attendants of the restaurant were extremely nice, missed a lot of this. In a hotel of this level, at least what is expected is a service of excellence in all respects.

Great stay!

Hello! Passing to let record how well I was served during my stay at FLIX Hotel, in the period from 19 to 21/07.
I was super well received by all the staff that make up the hotel. The accommodation is very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and super-diversified, and both the cleanliness and the location are excellent, close to the beach, commerce, pharmacy and supermarket.
I want to keep the names of every employee I had the privilege of knowing and who received me so well:
Viviane, Luciana, Luciene and Daniela, General Services;
Thaíse and Camila, from the restaurant;
Savio, Camila, Julia, Vivian, Leandro and Emmanuel, from the reception;
Ana Paula, waitress;
Jaziel, watchman;
Rebecca, a maid in particular, who served me every day;
and the entire governance team.
Thank you all for the care and attention during my stay. Super indicate the FLIX Hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

The hotel is comfortable, impeccable hygiene. Careful, polite, pleasant, collaborative, efficient staff.
The structure is functional, has ambient music in the reception, diffuser with pleasant fragrance as soon as we enter. It has 24-hour security.
The room we stayed in, 201, comfortable, bed, bathroom excellent.
Diverse breakfast, wonderful staff.
Jacuzzi, you need to schedule, it's worth it.
I hired a romantic decorator. It's pretty.
Excellent location!
Super recommend!
