SPECTACULAR! ATTENTION OUT OF SÉRIE! DEFINITELY THE BEST IBIS I'VE HOSTED

Great location, close to Orla to diners and restaurants, a gym literally next door. The hotel reception is spacious with a billiard/sinucca table for guests, restaurant and lobby bar with various options of dishes and snacks (and which food is well made, homemade and seasoned), I refer to the Ibis Burguer, a handmade burger with a very good blend...A large garage for your car, well-ventilated rooms within the Accor standard...and the "cake cherry" is in the staff in general, receptionists, restaurant attendants and camelers extremely attentive always and do not know what to do to please always...Standard and service of excellence... The management is really complimentary for the work and the team.

Very bad

1- Started on the first day. I ordered a grilled chicken and my colleague ordered a carbonara pasta. We asked the time to be ready. Answer: 30'. After 45' came the macarrão a carbonara for the friend. And nothing from my chicken. After 1h 10' of the request I gave up and ate the rest of my friend (I was very hungry). 2 - Two elevators. One of them without identification worked from time to time (rare). Result: wait, wait, a hell. 3 - Rooms to arrange: I stay in many, many hotels. And I don't remember staying in one that doesn't fix the room. I went to complain, the girl said that the cleaning was one day yes another not. The excuse fell to the ground when my friend came down, I asked and his had been arranged. Then the receptionist said that I should put that plaque every day asking to pack. I do this every day. But there are strengths: a) The hotel has everything you need, in the right places. b) The air conditioning is positioned in a way that does not come that direct wind in the bed. Good luck!

Avoid this hotel drug (or better than this IBIS network).

With the Ibis people can be sure of one thing, you will find the same hotel drug in any city, that is, has a poor quality standard. It's surreal. For breakfast, the butter/cream is served in a pot, where there is a shameless spatula, so that the person can do an exercise of removing that from the pot and trying to squeeze in the dish. The breads are always with ants. The cheese is mozzarella (which has no taste of anything), the ham is that "presunted" type. The room is not clean, the maid just changes the towels (if they are thrown) and arrange the sheets and nothing else. The dirt, the garbage from the trash, the replacement of toilet paper, etc. all this is simply neglected. The image of the TV is bad, but it is not about regulation, but rather a problem of the monitor. In the fit I got the 260, the box ralo and the sink had no good exhaustion, overflowing everything. I complained and they said it had been solved, but when I went to take a shower leaked everything out of the box, because simply the water does not run out well. A hotel shit.

Disappointed Horrible hotel

I am dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms at Ibis.
Indeed, when I arrived at the Pension I was assigned a room where the mattress was dirty with urine and blood stains and full of other stains ,(attachments )
This is unacceptable in terms of the Award of the room and the Pension’s reputation.

Very good location
